It has been a fantastic 12 months for the lettings department at John D Wood.
Even with the growing uncertainty which other property companies are facing in the post EU referendum economy, John D Wood continues to successfully acquire and dispose of properties for our existing and growing cliental.

The office comprised of the entire fourth floor of this stunning office on the world famous New Bond Street. John D Wood managed to successfully assign the property to IPE Developments for the remaining term of the lease. The property was sold for a substantial premium amount.
