Rent Review and Lease Renewals
We negotiate settlements on behalf of either landlords or tenants. Current Lease Renewals market involvement combined with grounded experience and familiarity with complex lease terms ensure that clients’ best interests are served.
Property taxes form a large part of occupation costs. We appeal rate-able values and ensure that tax costs are minimised, as well as saving landlords costs on vacant premises.
We give comprehensive advice on asset valuations, bank security valuations, rating, valuation for sale or acquisition and for inclusion in Stock Exchange and other financial statements. Whether for a single property or an entire portfolio, we give valuation advice, drawing upon our wide experience of the constantly changing market conditions.
EPC & Fire Risk Assessments
As the commercial sector evolves, the need for EPC’s and Fire Risk Assessments to be implemented has become imperative. To tackle this, John D Wood recently expanded itself to being able to offer EPC’s which are ABBE qualified and Fire Risk Assessments as standalone services to its current and future clientele via it’s in house consultants.
