ReCharge One are creating the first of its kind green and environmentally friendly UK wide destination EV charging centres, including retail and staycation facilities, located in the heart of UK’s National Parks and beauty spots. We are instructed on behalf of ReCharge One to acquire up to 10 sites across the UK with a minimum size of 8 acres, situated close to areas of natural beauty, but within close proximity to major trunk roads. THE CRITERIA
  • Sites in or close to natural beauty spots in the UK
  • Sites located close and visible from major trunk An underpass to serve both carriageways is helpful.
  • Sites on a major holiday route from a large
  • Sites located within 5 miles of a reasonable size dairy farm or anaerobic digestor with 24 MW (Megawatt) electric export
  • Sites to be a minimum of 8-10
  • Sites where it is possible to locate overnight stay Cabins not shaded by trees.
  • Sites that do not have a good grid electric
  • Sites that have a good outlook and good local context such as local pubs and good country walks /
  • Sites need to be free of any development covenants although failed planning applications may help
  • Sites could potentially be part of existing country hotels or stately home.
